Rental Information
The Community Center is owned and maintained by the City of River Oaks.
The facility is available for rental 7 days a week.
Application form and user policy rules are available upon request
in person, by phone or by fax.

rental rates:
Refundable Deposit - Reserves the requested date
Deposit - $200. Refunded * - If building / property are left clean and undamaged
Auditorium: $80. hr - Capacity approx 300
Banquet Room: $50. hr - Capacity approx 35

* Next business day after rental, upon inspection by Directors and conditions are satisfactory, a refund check will be mailed by River Oaks City Hall, within 10 business days.
details:
- 3-hour minimum
- No alcoholic beverages allowed in the facility or on the premises.
- No use of any tobacco products within the building. Use of tobacco products restricted to areas at least 25 feet away from the building.
- Rental should end by approximately midnight.
A monitor is on duty and present during every rental and submits a report to River Oaks City Hall.

If the Auditorium and the Banquet Room are rented on the same day during the same hours, the earliest rental of that day has priority use of the kitchen.
